I have never been served a cold hamburger before. The meat was cold, the bun was stale. An absolutely terrible experience. I won't be back!

The location is good for the area. The drive thru is a little tight. The service is friendly and they are prompt with your order. The inside and outside are always clean. I have no issues with the food as far as taste, temperature, size, or price. I always take their survey to earn a free Dilly Bar. Yummy!

I went to the drive thru at this location for the first time and let me tell you there customer service is terrible. The girl was not paying attention to my order at all and all I wanted was 2 ice cream cones so I ended up driving to the window to order them cause apparently she can only take a order from the window. I went at 12:40 pm on Aug 25 and the girl at the drive thru made it clear she didn't even want to work there.

My tacos were COLD, like the meat came right out of the refrigerator, my lettuce was cut in long strips, service was horrible!!! NEVER AGAIN! There were only 2 other people in the restaurant, and most of the tables were dirty!!! Unacceptable

I did a test for 3 days. Lunch would order a number two with no tomatoes and onion. It was completely dry Diner I would order with. Was not dry For the next two day I did lunch and dinner opposite.
Why is it that each time the no tomato and onion burger would be completely dry and ordering it with was not???
Please fix this.
And stop using the ice with water from the faucet. It’s way too salty

Drive thru isn’t truck friendly at all! Very narrow scared my rims!!!!!
I always come to DQ for some desert, but today the person serving me through the drive thru had no patience and was yawning while taking my order. Overall had bad customer service.

I just ordered a number 2 combo I went inside to order it at 6:15 didn't get it til 7:10 pm really bad service they just did it because I told them when my order would be done never again will I stop there
