I had used Uber Eats to order my meal, they didn't give the driver the entire order. When I tried to call them, they hanged on me every time. This has happened to me a few times already.

Usually I don’t have trouble with this jack in the box but today the drive thru girl had a nasty attitude just nodded yes without a word when I asked if she could give me a hand full of hot taco sauce , no thank you no Hi NOTHING. the tacos were COLD, ice cold and they had excessive lettuce no meat / beans. I asked for a Dr Pepper they didn’t have any , I understood asked for a coke instead , got a Diet Coke. Literally the simplest things can’t get done. Will continue going to the one on Bryan even if it takes a longer drive

Women in the front counter has no manners and respect all and that a a shame on her bad you have to trained ur personnel to have more manners and don't talk rude and mess around in the kitchen area

The service was poor. The guy at the window didn't want to look at us. Hurried us up and was rude. So when we left we found that he gave me carbonated water instead of tea. UGH!!! THEN THE PLACE WAS CLOSED WHEN WE CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW THEIR MISTAKE! 😠
Today we went to get lunch for our employees and the food was terrible. The beef Patty's were dry , the sourdough bread was old and not toasted well the curly fries tasted like old oil. It's disappointing that you would spend hard earned money and expect quality food in return and receive nothing buy junk. ?? Never again ?
