Do better.... 0rdered 4 orders of tacos...only got 3. Chicken stripe meal..super burned.....kidsmeal ask for plain and dry, they left everything ( kid said it was gross). Got a Dr. Pepper...no gas ;( ....tried calling restaurant and call is restricted. Burgers look super smashed.

I went through drive thru and the girl charged me incorrectly and was not going to inform me nor return the extra money I paid. I only caught it because they were chit chatting about their error. They were upset that I asked for my dollar and change back but if it was the other way around, I would have not been receiving food if I owed Jack in the box a dollar and change. They need to do right and explain their mistakes and not keep the customers money.

The food came out fresh. The only issue is that they dont listen to the order. We asked them to combine the order together and they didnt. And then they forgot another drink and had to charge us again. We paid for like 3 different orders when it should have been only one

Worst client service they’re on there phones and chatting like nothing just to not put enough bacon in my BACON ultimate cheeseburger 😑. I do not recommend this Jack In the Box. Filled with teens that don’t care to be seen with their phones and don’t serve the right amount of bacon. Rather go further to order somewhere else. Pmo.

Am I went there? That's normal and pretty good service. I needed to buy a bunch of stuff. The guy at the register was very helpful. He helped me pack my cokes up in the little multiple carrying things
Cashier was nice. Read back our order just to make sure we ordered what we wanted. Took our food to our table even the to go order. Love that Jack in Box serves breakfast around the clock! Restaurant and restrooms were clean and tidy.
