Owner of the restaurant was very rude. Unlike the manager who was nicer to me and understanding. I had a complaint and went to the owner first thinking it was the manager but she had a really bad attitude and was rude to her workers. She put up a front of being nice before I approached her but it ended when I had complaints about my order. With that being said, I do not recommend this location. Also the workers looked miserable in her presence since she was very rude to them.

COLD sandwiches after asking them we wanted toasted sandwiches! Bad customer service tasteless food. I usually like subway but now I know this subway is a bad one. Oh and just so you all know they will try to force you to leave a tip. I wouldn’t mind tipping if they made my order correctly and if my subs weren’t COLD!?????????????????

I love Subway. My footlong was done perfectly. I asked for toasty and it was done to my liking. They were very quick and efficient.Wheelchair accessibility: My mom uses a walker and it is accessible for her. Thank you subway.

was just there about 40 mins ago . got my sandwich wrong whatever I still ate it . but when I was opening my bag of chips I noticed a hole in the bottom that looks like a rat got a hold of it . this is not a box cutter cut. I will leave pictures attached. n receipt . last time I go to subway !

Didn't even ask if we wanted our wrap heated, just took it upon her self to heat it. Kept forgetting the soup we ordered. No ice in the ice machine and didn't have gatorade cherry zero filled.

Always missing something from my order ON THIS LOCATION but this one was the best of them all.. no sauce nor veggies when I specifically asked for some (the Drive tru person didn't even mention if I wanted vegies or sauce) that's why I was specific and still got a plain sandwich very bad service... management should really train the new folks well. One Less customer .
