Amazing friendly staff, orders don’t take long and the shop looks great, the decorations give it a nice touch that overall feels welcoming which is further emphasised with how great the staff is. I can also not forget to mention that the cookies are extremely delicious and so are the drinks, overall 10/10 place would recommend

Delicious NYC cookie and super tasty Taro. I'm not the one to eat cookies but this one caught my attention and decided to give it a try. YUM! Soft, crunchy, sweet and salty. Delicious. Taro was delicious too. Highly recommend . Definitely coming back.

There is no Asians working at this place. When I think of Boba it reminds me of Asia. They cashier didn't even make eye contact while taking myorder. Never again. 😡😡😡

Cute place, bad service. Women did not seem interested in explaining the menu, a father in front of us with a little girl was unsure of what to get her, asked for recommendations and cashier was very short and answered questions as if he should’ve known the menu. My turn to order, she seemed inpatient that my little girl couldn’t decided on which boba she wanted, she started writing on the cup before I had a chance to ask her for the Bear cup the main reason I took my daughter. After asking she seemed bothered over a wasted cup. Other customer got his drink and asked about my daughters bear cup… be friendlier, easy upsell for your business, my daughter is already asking if we can go back tomorrow… but I will take my business elsewhere.

Drove 25 minutes to try the place after seeing their post stating they would be open until 6pm. The note on the door said closed at 5pm. I got there at about 5:15 . I called twice and never got an answer . Wasted a hour on New Year’s Day .
