Cute place, bad service. Women did not seem interested in explaining the menu, a father in front of us with a little girl was unsure of what to get her, asked for recommendations and cashier was very short and answered questions as if he shouldāve known the menu. My turn to order, she seemed inpatient that my little girl couldnāt decided on which boba she wanted, she started writing on the cup before I had a chance to ask her for the Bear cup the main reason I took my daughter. After asking she seemed bothered over a wasted cup. Other customer got his drink and asked about my daughters bear cupā¦ be friendlier, easy upsell for your business, my daughter is already asking if we can go back tomorrowā¦ but I will take my business elsewhere.

Drove 25 minutes to try the place after seeing their post stating they would be open until 6pm. The note on the door said closed at 5pm. I got there at about 5:15 . I called twice and never got an answer . Wasted a hour on New Yearās Day .

We visited The Butter Bear todayā¦.staff was so friendly š We ordered two teas one milk based with tapioca popping pearls(Fresas con crema)ā¦it was delicious & a cantaloupe tea with passion fruit popping pearlsā¦ they definitely have a little something for everyone! š«¶š¼
Oh I almost forgot we had the most delicious chocolate muffins! It was topped with pecans and extra chocolate chunks not too sweet just right! Canāt wait to try something new next time ! š
