This Wendys always has nasty salads. I have only been twice, the first time that i went the salad had dehydrated chuncks of grilled chicken chunks, grose,I thought were croutons! The second time the salad had old kale, when it gets slimy... yea never going again!

This was the best fast food restaurant in the country imo, just good sound service no matter who you are or what time of day. Until yesterday a crew I am not familiar with decided to be very disrespectful and play games, very childish behavior. Very judgemental. Everyone should be able to get a hot meal with out this level of BS. Bad kid, Bad attitude. The usual night crew just does there job without any BS and they are true professionals no other way to put it. Get that kid off the headset and infront of some dishes or a mop. He has no business talking to customers.

Never have I been asked to do a survey so many times. She even volunteered to do it for me. She even reprinted my receipt.I did the survey and showed her and she said it wasn't valid .The lady behind me also got a survey but she done got a frosty for free.I had to pay for mine.i bet my bottom dollar she kept my code.Ryobi was her name

The food was very hot, straight out of the fryer, but not greasy at all—which was a pleasant surprise! Customer service was great both at the ordering menu and the pickup window. They did take a little while, but it’s clear they were cooking everything fresh, so it was worth the wait.

The manager came to the drive-thru window I asked her about the mobile app T-Mobile Tuesday I was asking about the free Burger she told me I don't know I don't know you have to use the app so I sat there until I figured it out the other cash you came to the window I was trying to assist and then I finally got the barcode Batman just said give me your phone now look at it then she said please never in my life that's crazy she should have just thrown the bag in the car but anyway when I got home of course there's no napkins in the bag that's crazy
They hurry you up in the drive thru and they don't even have people inside or outside in line.

Went to Wendy’s yesterday to buy three baconator combos and 2 large chilis by drive thru. The cashier that assisted me, gave me an attitude when I asked her for extra ketchups. She had not given me any ketchups on the bags at first and when I asked, she gave me 4 ketchups and 2 sauces for the chili. When I asked her for more, she made a face, as if she was annoyed, and told me that she had to charge me for the extra ketchups. I explained to her that the burgers were for my kids and that they loved ketchup on their fries and burgers, she again told me that she had to charge me. Therefore, I bought the ketchup packages 4 for a dollar. When I received the recite, it stated she had charged me for a side of jalapeños. Which that is not what I bought, but any ways. I did not mind buying the ketchups but I was not ok with the catchier’s attitude. So if you go to this Wendy’s make sure to ask for ketchups, or else they will not put any on the bags. If you are planning to ask for more ketchup, make sure to come prepared to buy some. And be aware that they might be rude. I will not go to this Wendy’s again. I already told some of my friend and family members. Most of them have had bad experiences there too.
