Works here are so rude they hangup on customers especially maria aka Linda she thought i wouldn't found out who she was she dont have manners at all was giving attitude on the phone and hanging up the phone every time i would call and pluse the management are so rude to I dont recommend this place at alll

Ordered online and we get there and they said that flavor isnt available. So they didnt reach out and had to make the order and wait even more. Dr. Pepper had ran out and had to tell them to change it.

Hands down the most respectful Wingstop in the Valley! A young lady did not hesitate to help me take my order to my car. You don’t see great customer service anymore, especially from the younger generation. This night shift crew really are doing an amazing job. Super clean, very welcoming, and overall fantastic!

Excellent service! I received my curbside order immediately upon arrival — they greeted me right away and handed it over with a smile. My order was perfect, and they even double-checked to make sure I had all my utensils. Great attention to detail!

Definitely one of the worst locations! I ordered BUFFALO FRIES! Apparently they need to have RANCH and BUFFALO. ⚫️Where is it ?They come DRY. They are not cheap, this is the 2nd time I ordered buffalo fries and they are DRY I decided to give them 2nd chance but not anymore. Not worth on wasting you money here !! Please do better:)

Be prepared for a long wait at this Wingstop, as it has a high volume of customers and orders take 35+ minutes.
tried something new I rarely get wingstop, it didn’t go as expected. manager being unfair to workers infront of me, my food was alright but barely got any sauce, fries were cold. not as many people were sitting down around me. saw a few workers mood change after they’re manager being unfair!

I placed an order online and it said it was going to take 20-25 minutes to be ready. I got there 30 minutes after I had placed my order and it wasn’t ready, the cashier goes to the back and then comes back and tells me it’s going to take 20 more minutes. I tell her it always been 35 minutes and she replies “it’s because our wait time is an hour.” I tell her that’s not what the confirmation email says, she’s like yeah it’s not ready yet. I tell her just to cancel my order and refund my money and she tells me she can’t do that, that she has to tell her manager to do it tomorrow. I tell her so I just have to trust you? Give me a receipt at least! She rolls her eyes at me and just hands me the receipt. They need better costumer service and don’t say it’s 20 minutes if it’s going to take them an hour to get your order ready.

I went there to celebrate with family and friends , and was excellent customer service and very clean atmosphere, manager was very fast with our food and friendly, I haven’t experienced awesome customer service in years, I’m glad I came here, will come back again soon
