“Like everyone knows the food excellent, but the personal is not professional the last visit at this particular KFC, I was there for over 45 minutes, that includes over 15 minutes waiting for them to take my order, they probably didn't notice that three other customers came in and after 15 minutes of waiting the left as angry as they can be, and finally I got my order and got home Walla! No mashed potatoes or the gravy which was the reason I went to KFC, it was my pregnant daughter's craving, went back and not even a compliment for there error or an apology, so I haven't been to another KFC since then! Eventually I will go because it's my favorite chicken, but not sure if I will go back to this KFC!“
