Prices have increased dramatically, but the quality of the phone has decreased. They have changed a lot of the food (ie. biscuits, fries, corn nuggets) to a lesser quality brand but charging more than they have before. Not worth it.

Staff was to busy texting on there phones and goofing off,while their were no napkins for customers, dirty tables,and both of the trash cans were full. If I owned this franchise I was definitely make some changes!

I have eaten that Chicken Express often it's one of my favorite places to eat. So being 9 hours from home and seeing my family restaurant I chose to go there. And I was not disappointed actually this establishment what is an excellent condition the staff was very friendly the food was excellent I would definitely give it 10 Stars if that was a choice.

Tonight was awful. I called the order at 5:08 -- Family order of chicken with fries and fried pickles. They said to give the 6 minutes. Got there at 5:15. A couple of cars in front of me. To be expected. Get to the window at 5:25. Tried to give me the wrong order (snack pack). Then had me pull around to the front. FINALLY got my order at 5:42!! 36 minutes!!! And then when I got home, NO FRIES. UNACCEPTABLE Pampa chicken express. DO BETTER!

They really need to listen better when they are taking orders instead of being in such a hurry to rush the order through. I went today and ordered a number 1, spicy with corn nuggets and fries. And a 9 piece gizzard. I got home and they gave me regular tenders instead of spicy tenders so then i had a very upset high schooler because he had to eat plain regular tenders. There's not enough time in their lunch break for me to have went back and swapped them. So he had to eat them. With as pricey as chicken E is, please pay closer attention when people are ordering so that we get what we actually Ordered.
Mashed potatoes and gravy was SOUR Called the store and the manager said yes cause it was old but they just made fresh mashed potatoes and gravy

If this Chicken Express has no fans…I’m dead. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience and the food always hits. Why are the workers so nice?? I love them. I literally drive 55min to get here and I try to go eat other places but I just can’t lol.
