Foods good when you get it but my wife and daughter went to get food tonight and instead of telling us our card declined or whatever happened we sat in parking lot for 30 mins waiting for us just to go in and ask and be told that I card didn't go threw...like bruh make it make sence.lol

Drove in from Oklahoma stopped to eat 8pm stood at the counter for 10min, went to the bathroom and came back watched an help a car that just pulled up waited another 10min and drove thru the drive thru and told the girl thanks for the lack of service drove down to McDonald's got fast service. My wife and I were the only ones at KFC until we watched the single car pull to the drive thru.

Christina was very rude they charge for sauce we said thank you and she uh huh and we just got back from church felling great and Christina messed it up I’m very disappointed fast food restaurant should not act like that god forgive her.
Christina, the manager was very rude. My family and I just got out of church, filled with the Lord, happy to hear the word today and then was hit by Christina. Her attitude was not pleasant. We even thanked her afterwards because the food was really good and she said "uh huh" with her back to me. Bad customer service. We wonder why the kids that wait on us these days are so rude, Christina is their example. Customer service is very important Christina and we should be happy that people like us come in because if we didn't their wouldn't be no KFC in Pampa Texas for you to work at. God forgive Christina for being so rude.

Good food. Service was fast and polite. Place was clean, bathroom as well, you can tell a lot about a food place by the bathroom. Only wish they would drain chicken better after frying, little to greasy.

TO the heavy set lady working the counter and drive through today (Saturday 11/23/2024) @1:00 Your the rudest person I know working with customers. We will not EVER EVER go back to this KFC EVER AGAIN!!! YOU WERE SO RUDE !!! ASKED her a question and she nudged her head to the menu board never said anything.... then when I asked about the sauces they have once again VERY RUDE !!!!! Find another job if you can't communicate nicely with the public
