They advertise fast, hot and ready. It's supposed to be quick but almost every time we order we get parked and end up waiting for what seems like forever. The last time they parked us and never brought it out, I had to pull around to the window again and they acted like it was barely coming out of the oven. I had been waiting almost 20 minutes. The pizza is good, but don't go if you are in a hurry.
I wish I had checked our bag because the nice young man who helped us put cookies in the bag for the kids(who weren't even with me at the time). Little things like that go far with us. The pizzas was great. Consistent with most Little Caesars we have been to.
Last Sunday I had waited a long time because someone accidentally gave my order to the wrong customer, but the young man at the counter turned around and saved it! To make up for it he gave us our choice of crazy bread, cheese bread, or chicken wings free of charge. I understand in fast food things get busy and crazy during rush hours. When they do everything they can to make up it, that shows how much they care. The pizza were delicious too!
