Really happy to have something different in Pampa. We have tried them a few times now since they opened. Both times the food has been ready really quick and the employees have been very polite. The fish could honestly use a little more seasoning and be a little crispier, but overall is good. We ordered the 6 piece and they only gave us one tarter sauce (carry-out order). The fried green tomatoes were amazing! The hush puppies, 5 stars. The chicken strips were also really really good, but could also use just a little more seasoning. Their french fries were nice and crispy on the outside and good and soft on the inside...again, they could use some seasoning as well as they were pretty bland. Last but not least their gizzards are amazing and are probably my favorite item from the menu so far. They were cooked perfectly. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the seasonings or lack of but I will return for sure, overall pretty good place to eat.

For a place that's supposed to be bringing Cajun cuisine.And then they tell you that they don't even make the red beans and Rice that it comes in a bag like Taco Bell. And they warm it up.And it's got red grease Floating on top of it and barbecue Sauce in it that is not cajun cuisine

Large serving sizes. Fresh. All well cooked except the hushpuppies which were a little small and a bit overdone. No hassle about staying until closing. For just opening, they already nearly comparable to the one in Amarillo.
