This establishment needs a totel over hual. I am 52 and been eating sonic at sense I was 12. This is the absolute worse accross the country. The place is falling apart and the customer care is horrible. I do not blame the crew I blame the management. Why can't you take 50's and 100's my God this is a small town take it inside and break the damn thing. Don't know if I will be back. Also fix your drive through speaker. For those of us it is horrible.

If you have time to spend and wait for your order, rather there are several cars or no cars. The wait time is ridiculous. If you’re a delivery driver expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes for any item off the menu whether it’s just one drink or you order more. I went in to pick up one drink not one car was in any of the stalls. There was only one car at the drive-through window. I waited almost 20 minutes for one drink and literally watched several orders. Come in call ahead and a few parked in the stall and got their orders prior to my 1 drink. It affects my ratings when I have to wait for so long to deliver to a customer and they get the order ahead of time and I’m usually right there within five minutes. They should start the order when they actually get it.

Ordered 3 drinks through the app, had to hit red buttons multiple times to ask when my drinks were going to be ready. It took over 40 minutes to get 3 drinks, then they even got the drinks wrong. Had to go through the drive-thru to get it right.

Why is it that you have to pull into five + stalls JUST to find one that actually works so you can order! Ridiculous!

When we went to order the guy had to come out and take our order on his phone. When we explained everything to him he still got it wrong even though he was supposedly typing everything word for word. We had to repeat ourselves at-least three times. I have tried giving this sonic a chance and every single time our order is wrong. We will not be back. I hate to be the one to leave bad reviews but it has happened to much with pampa sonic.
