I went there today and got a few drinks service was very bad don't appreciate being treated like that not one bit yall need to train them better on how they approach people and if yalls speakers don't work yall need to ve putting signs up and for tge card payments as well very disappointed

Ordered on app, I got space # wrong when I checked in, but helpful young man acknowledged my mistake and brought my order out to ensure no further mix up.
Food took a while to receive too. : (

Took almost an hour to get our food. When they brought the food out there were items missing. When we asked for a manager we were told we would have to wait for the manager that was here when we placed our order to get back. When we asked a second time for the manager we were told we would have to give them a minute. We finally got most of our food and a manager still never came out. We finally gave up and left.

It took over 30 minutes to get a single dr. Pepper with no ice.
From my door dasher, and my door dasher was talking to me.The entire time she was sitting there waiting the entire time.

The food is ok but the service is horrendous. Everytime i order from sonic it takes an hour to an hour and a half for 1 burger and drink. The management is incredibly rude as well, I have been cussed at through the drive through for simply correcting them on my order

Gone downhill tremendously. Takes 30 plus minutes to get food, you have to buzz them for a update. Then the order is wrong. They don't listen to what you ask for. Horrible service and business.

I’m appalled. We ordered on the app and were told the ice cream machine was broken. That wasn’t the entire issue, the issue was when we got home the snack wrap was poorly put together and the mozzarella sticks were hard like they tasted stale. I’m truly disappointed with this location. Never going again.

This establishment needs a totel over hual. I am 52 and been eating sonic at sense I was 12. This is the absolute worse accross the country. The place is falling apart and the customer care is horrible. I do not blame the crew I blame the management. Why can't you take 50's and 100's my God this is a small town take it inside and break the damn thing. Don't know if I will be back. Also fix your drive through speaker. For those of us it is horrible.

Since I am on a mostly keto friendly diet, I like going to Sonic because I can get two 4 ounce hamburger patties and it costs a lot less than a double cheese burger.
