The Subway in Pampa, TX is a typical subway, but it shines much brighter!! There are two ladies who work there in the evening that always go above and beyond. They greet me like family and I love it!!! The sandwiches and salads are to die for. I usually get a salad and it is always made to perfection. I have actually called there and asked for a salad. If one of those ladies is there I just give my name and I have a perfect salad waiting for me. Thank you Subway!!!

Second time I’ve been both times they didn’t have lettuce. Was going to use a coupon that I’d gotten in the mail. Store owner would not honor the coupon and says they don’t accept any coupons. I asked for pickles on my footlong sub and she placed one single pickle on the sub and that was it

I received coupons for Subway today 9/24/24 in the mail. That sounded great for dinner. went there, and they said they are not accepting coupons. Blamed it on their corporate offices. Sorry Subway. I will never go to you again. Grocery stores make better subs than you anyway. Let corporate know that mostly it is about convenience.

I gotta brag on the 2 young men that were working tonight! I managed Subway in the past & I never had a crew that friendly and efficient!!!! I give them a 10! They kept the whole line laughing not skipping a beat knocking the food out!!! These days good customer service is really hard to come by! I usually don’t do reviews but they deserve it ?
