This place is a true gem. Wasn’t sure what to think when I got in. But wow the food was great. Steak had that perfect char that is almost burnt but not. Inside was perfect med rare and tasty. It tasted like steak too. Not salt, not pepper, not wood but steak. It wasn’t lacking seasonings or that wood char but it wasn’t over powering. Perfectly balanced
We ordered the 16 oz ribeye dinner with baked potato and house salad. Let me start by saying, the atmosphere was warm and inviting and smelled great! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Thank you Trina for the wonderful service! The food was good but super salty. I like my food salted, but this was almost inedible. Everyone at the table thought their food was too salty. My oldest said her bun tasted like old grease. That was our experience
