We LOVED our experience stopping in at The Coffee Shop while on a road trip. The girl taking orders had great recommendations and a kind energy. Another of the staff (who we learned will be on American Idol this season) literally sprinted out of the coffee shop with our food when she realized we had walked it lit with a different order. Jalapeño chicken wrap was great and so was the tea and rest of the food!

The worker dropped an entire salad on our table, didn’t apologize, clean up, or replace the meal. Extremely rude overall. Food was not good either

They are almost always out of cake. We went today to sit and have a piece of cake and drink a coffee ... No cake, only cookies. There's been other days when i bring my son after school because he wants cake and coffee...no cake. Maybe they should start making more so that it lasts all day. Its only 2 oclock today , and they are already out of cake. That's the reason we go.

Do not eat here if you have food allergies. Employees here do not read their orders carefully. I ordered delivery and clearly stated to remove a sandwich ingredient due to allergies. When I received the order my food was covered inside and out with that ingredient. Ameribites was gracious enough to return the food and get a replacement. When I got the replacement, the ingredient was indeed not included, however, you choose your condiments when you order and the condiment I chose was not on the sandwich. It was replaced with another that I am allergic to. I am now having a moderate allergic reaction home alone with a 3 month old baby. I called the shop to speak to a manager. The person who made my food happened to answer the phone and was very dismissive. I asked her to take my information and give it to her manager to call me since she said they were not available. She argued with me about the order, saying she makes it so much she just makes it how she usually does. I tried to explain why she needs to read the order because it's dangerous for ppl with allergies. She just quicky said she had my info and hung up on me. I wanted to speak to a manager because this is not the first time this has happened and they obviously need to train their staff on reading orders. My attempt to inform staff was met with rudeness and apathy. I will update if I ever get to speak to a manager.

We had a luncheon for our volunteers. The order was called in and everything was ready and set up for us in the hospitality room. Food, service, and accommodations were great. By the way, they have the best coffee in town!!!

My daughter has praised this restaurant to me for a long time. And I finally met her for lunch. And it was absolutely fabulous! The atmosphere, service, and food and drink was superb. I love supporting small businesses here in Pampa. And rest assured this business is now on my list. I'm sorry it has taking this long.
