Steak was overcooked, ordered medium rare. All side dishes came to the table cold. Will likely not be back. These are simple things to check before serving.

My wife and I were meeting friends here for the first time for dinner before Panhandle’s Home Coming game. Quaint restaurant that use to be a bank. (That’s what I was told by my friend, who grew up here.) The place was clean and spacious. Our server was attentive and professional. We started out with the Cheese Sticks and Fried Jalapeños. Both were delicious and would definitely recommend. Out of the four of us, everyone enjoyed their meal, except me. My wife had the Grilled Chicken and said it was good. Our friends had the Chicken Strips and enjoyed their meals as well. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak w/ a loaded Baked Potato and Corn. Unfortunately, the only item good on my plate was the baked potato. The fried steak was frozen, not fresh and was tougher than leather. The breading disintegrated while trying to cut into it. The corn, and this was a first for me, was both old and fresh. If you look at the pic I provided. You’ll see the bowl of corn. Some kernels look small and dark (old & tough) mixed in with fresher corn. My friend raved about the burgers here. I should’ve ordered one instead.

Best burgers ever.
Great food and great service! Thanks!!!
tried this place today for lunch and everything I ordered was pretty good. had the fried pickles and the double burger. portion wise was perfect.
Overall, it was pretty good. There is a nice variety of good food. The only thing I did not like was the liquid/sauce at the bottom of my mixed vegetables. I would have prefered them plain, but they were still not too bad. Thanks y'all!
Always good food and great service!

Good food, great servers
I would highly recommend Brickstreet 200. We drove from Amarillo with all of the restaurants they have to offer to Panhandle just to eat here! The food is that good! The waitresses are attentive and we met the owner who was amazing and really genuine. The atmosphere is laid back and the house margarita is so good!
Really Nice
We drove over from Amarillo to try this restaurant. Service was a little awkward, but kind and friendly. The portion sizes were large and definitely get your "money's worth." We had the fried jalapenos, patty melt, and chicken fried steak. Everything was cooked well and flavorful. I was able to finish the patty melt in a single go, it was hard to put down. I do think we overdid the fried elements with the onion rings and I should have tried some of the sides to balance out getting the jalapenos. It's worth a stop for classic American food.
