Ordered take out, one order was not complete, Were not told they were out of anything. When we noticed we caught the girl walking back inside and let her know what we were missing, she brought out taco sauce and didn’t mention the missing gravy. I asked and she said we are out (it was 6:05pm) she told me I could have an extra sauce in place… I said no thanks I wanted gravy. She goes back in, cook was on his phone, after several minutes he goes to the back, We wait about 15 min before my husband goes in and waits near 15 more minutes, he then asks and was told it would be an additional 15 minutes. By now all of our food is cold . So I ask for a refund on the one meal, the cook says, “no not happening, and that I could have already ate the perfectly good meal and make my own gravy at home”. He refused refunding my money and was rude and condensing to myself and my husband. No one was waiting on an order and there was plenty of time for him to make more gravy, but chose to be on his phone. If we had known the order couldn’t be filled as ordered, I would have ordered something else.

Was very timid about coming here based on the reviews. Not to mention, 5 years prior, there were roaches coming out of the walls. But there wasn’t much else to eat in town so we came here. 5 of our 6 piece chicken basket tenders had a hair cooked into em. DO NOT COME

I appreciated the friendliness here. I'm new to this state and town and so far so good. Jamie was the cashier who handled our order. When we showed up there weren't quite open but reassured us that she was working hard to get the order ready. There was another lady who traveled an hour to help out. I didn't get her name but she also was such a great help. We also received a free blizzard from a man who placed an order after us. I appreciate the atmosphere of the small town and really think I'll grow to like it. Thanks again Jamie!!!!!!

This is the worst place in panhandle we had to re order 4 times because y’all couldn’t get anything right. Y’all need to be shut down as an ex employee that saw how nasty the food environment was and y’all only deep cleaned the restaurant when the big bosses were coming. The manager Betty harassed me the last time I worked here and I do not appreciate it. And her daughter autumn as well.
