Very disappointed! Service was extremely terrible. Server comes out with my food and I was told to “not bring any outside drinks, that we sell some here” I always carry a water for my babies formula in a thermo cup in case I need to make her a bottle. I was shocked and didn’t say anything since she said it in such a rude manner. Although I do understand their policies however this could’ve been said in a different manner.

I'm always on the lookout for the next hidden gem out in the wild. I do believe I found another one today, 2 Compas Kitchen. With an unassuming restaurant front, I wasn't sure if they were open as the window panes were all dark tinted. I saw an older couple walking out as I was about to walk in. I'm in luck.
As I approached the counter to view the menu and place an order, Alfredo stepped out and asked if I planned to order out or dine in. Dining in would be my preference. He grabbed a menu and asked me to grab a seat anywhere I choose. After a few questions on recommendations and a brief look over the menu, I ordered a Cantaloupe Fresca, Chips and Salsa, Asada Fries, and a Flan for dessert.
The fresh pulp filled Cantaloupe Fresca indicated that I was about to be impressed. The homemade chips and warm salsa with fresh cilantro confirmed my suspicions. When the Asada Fries hit the table, I was was already excited and anxious to dig into the work of art sitting in front of me. I didn't make it halfway through the fries and was ready to move on to dessert. The Flan was a crowning jewel that I thoroughly enjoyed and needed to box half of it to bring home with half of the fries. This was a true gem that I need to further investigate.
The best surprise was the bill. I didn't pay much attention to the prices before ordering and was pleasantly surprised with the more than reasonable prices. This is a small, and clean restaurant, has excellent service, affordable prices, and a taste worth making a return trip. Show them some love. 👍👍

Easily the best tacos I've tried in Arlington. This is me and my wife's go-to taco place. The tortillas alone seem to be handmade and you can taste the flavor of the tortillas on each bite. I always go for some lengua and pastor. I love it enough that I am planning on taking my family here the next time they visit. They have fresh and natural fruit juice so it really feels just like an at home meal.

All the food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The chilaquiles had great flavor as did all the salsas. The chips and tortillas are homemade as well. The barbacoa was yummy.

Barely any meat on the burrito it was more of a bean burrito! Super disappointing

Hands down, the best tacos I’ve had so far. Everything was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. On top of that, the service was super friendly, they really make you feel welcome.

I personally did not care for the chicken enchiladas. Maybe I didn't know what to expect but they were dry chicken breast rolled into corn tortillas with no flavor. Disappointed because I've had tacos from here and they were good. I will not try the enchiladas again. Unfortunately they had to be thrown in the garbage.

We tried this for the first time the other day. Service was good, food was decent (I got the faluta), but I was delighted to receive four very filled chicken flautas. I should have taken a photo, and will the next time I go. Location is great and I loved the cozy /chill atmosphere vibe! I’d go back and try it again.

Firstly, I’ve never actually been in this place yet but I can’t rate “atmosphere” low because of that. I fully intend to go sometime soon.

I started out by ordering the breakfast tacos when I wanted to try somewhere new. I got potato, sausage, and bacon (separate tacos). The potato was my favorite but they’re all good.

Today we ordered dinner from there. We got the carnitas and al pastor tacos and an order of the asada fries. No disrespect to the other few dozen Mexican places I’ve eaten at in DFW but the asada fries are the best I’ve had anywhere around here. The tacos were legit and even came with radishes on the side. Don’t see that too often and I love radishes. The rice and beans could use a little something but they’re not bad. I’m going to try the elote for sure and I’m hoping they have pozole. There’s a pic of either red pozole or menudo on their website and I love red pozole.

Well worth a try. Consistently good food, reasonable prices.

I always receive the best customer service and recommend this place to everyone! I am vegetarian and have been eating here for years, there are quite a few options to explore with eggs and nopales.
