Very sweet owner and front cashier staff. Those were the best empanadas I've had. I tried the chicken, the beef, the mushroom and the spinach....all were great. Super glad my sister put me on to em. Ill def be back and more than happy to continue to support Ms Bissy

Recently discovered this hidden gem of a empanada place, and it exceeded all expectations. The meat pies are so flavorful, even the crust is well seasoned, and even has a cute stamp with the owners name on the edges. You can tell the woman running the place really loves what she does, and puts her whole soul into the flavors. Her passion is evident. Highly recommend supporting this fantastic establishment! Apparently she also works out of the Grand Prairie Farmers Market too! Did I mention it’s a really good place to go to if you’re in a hurry. I gave this place a try because I needed something quick to eat while on a long road trip… the beef and chicken meat pies were so fresh and delicious, along with the sauce that came with it!! The owner was also so sweet and kind. I’m so glad I made this my road-trip lunch. I will be back for more!!

Bissy is sooo sweet, and her meat pies are delicious!! Everyone in my family loves them even the picky eaters. Have tried the mushroom stew and that was very good as well. Make sure to grab some of her sauce to go with the meat pies, they're wonderful by themselves but the sauce adds something special

We wanted to give it a try because I've always wanted a meat pastry and was not disappointed. They tasted fresh and delicious even though we came in at 1pm. We will for sure come back for more and will recommend it to anyone.
The flavors are divine and the pastry is crumbly and short. We had the mushroom and curry pies - both delicious. Definitely going back for more!!

Bissy is very personable and cares about her customers. Food is good and hot. Tasty, although my daughter didn't care for the crust but at all the filling. Crust is nice and the filling is so savory!
