Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Don't get me wrong, I love Braum's but ever since they moved locations they've continuously gone downhill. I'm tired of my burgers looking like something off the McDonald's dollar menu. They don't bother really putting the toppings you've asked for on them. Burnt patties. Unfortunately it's one of the few places to eat nearby.

Braums has one of the most delicious lines of ice cream in the country.

Second week in a row that their frozen yogurt machine has been down. Super disappointed.

Our sundaes were deliciously prepared - I would have given full 5 stars, except they didn't make sure the lid on one was secure before handing it to me in the drive thru.

I got my ice cream fix quickly and the employee was pleasant.

This place was in Mansfield. Was better than all the Braums I've been to. Service was fast and courteous. Place was clean

On 4/25/25 around 9:30 pm wanted the gouda burger and was told they had no gouda so I order a number 3 meal and sandwich the same way and a cherry lime ade the cherry lime ade had no ice in it like was supposed to more liquid and not enough ice to keep it cold. The burgers where put in the microwave to melt the cheeses and the cheese was was stuck to the paper. The cheese and paper made the burger un eatable anf thusly dog food. When I went back to the store the following morning on 4/26 to eat breakfast I asked to speak to the manager. When she took here time to come and here my issue I told her my order number and she say to me that we can not do anything with out a receipt. Then I explained that you can see my credit card statement. I then explained to her that the manager on duty took my order. That when her attitude kicked. And I was going to order breakfast and decided never to spend my money in another Braums restaurant. I have never had any problems with any other braums from Oklahoma city to Dallas TX. I will be contacting the corporate office when I deliver there on Tuesday morning.

Great service, pleasant atmosphere went during a slow period so wait time was minimal. Semi enjoyed my butter pecan mix. Had too many pecans.

Alex was extremely helpful and professional I've been going there for awhile and he is always on point. Great place to eat!

I stop by Braum's 2 or three times daily for the large limeade. The most satisfying, refreshing beverage when we are enduring the long hot & humid Texas weather.😁

Got home after ordering a double bacon cheeseburger and one of the patties was still completely raw in the middle. This place is usually pretty solid but this was awful

Lived here all my life and while their products are still amazing, the service always leaves something to be desired. Our order is never right, but the ice cream is worth it.

I feel like I wasted my time and my money. My ice cream was wrong the first time and when they brought me my second ice cream after I had to wait it was disappointing how much less product they put in my mix. I feel like I wasted my time and my money and I’ll go to McDonald’s next time or just make it at home myself.

I feel like if you order extra and pay for extra the least they can do is put extra . Thanks for nothing
