Today I went thru drive thru ordered food and ice cream my chicken strips were a bit chewy I took them back in the guy remade my whole order and brought it to my car! That’s great customer service! Thank you!

Very poor service! Was served cold nachos and fried so I requested a refund. Told them I wanted ice cream afterwards and was refused service and threatened with police because I made a joke about not having issues with ice cream because it was served cold by a sensitive millennial named Thomas M. Never again

We got in about half an hour before they closed, and their customer service was excellent, not rushing us out nor annoyed. Will definitely be coming again since management went above and beyond for our group.
I've been hesitant about trying this place but I live close by. The gentleman on the receiver was very patient and friendly. While they proceeded to get busy they still handled my order pretty fast! I'll be bringing my family back again!

Me and my 4 roommates came at 9.55pm in my friend's BMW 320i for a free blizzards and the guys in kept the window closed at 9.55pm and exactly at 10.01 pm they opened and said "SORRY MATE WE'RE CLOSED" but i respect their hustle tho. All the best guys.

New management, same incompetence. Ordered the new spicy chicken basket. Didnt ask if i wanted a drink but rung me up for it which was fine. But then hes gonna ask me if thats all and i had to ask if it came with a drink. The guy literally told me my change was $13.40 and gave me back $13.20. Small and petty maybe but how do you get the amount wrong when you are telling me what my change is as you hand it to me? This place has always been just bad. I have literally never had a good experience at this location
