The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. This place gets confused with the Jambo's less than 2 miles away different owners. Online orders got canceled twice not able to call anyone since nobody answered the phone. I will say the food was delicious but everything else ruins the overall score. I would definitely recommend trying just be prepared for bad service.

If you like Jambo's go to the division location. This restaurant is not ran by the same people.Do not place an order with this restaurant. Their ordering website is still up and functional. But when you get to the restaurant it is locked up tight and empty. They will still process the charge against your credit card and it's up to you to fight to try and get your money back.I placed an order through the app as online set that the store was up and running. My husband went to pick up the food only to find that they've been closed out due to health code violations.Do not place an order with this restaurant you will lose your money.I have tried to call numerous times only to get voicemail stating that mailbox is full.Disappointed does not even begin to describe the emotion I have concerning this situation.Do not be a victim of this theft.

I pick up door dash here all the time and the customer service is beyond exceptional . I get my order related to me every time . I’m greeted by the nicest kids I’ve ever met . Idk if the kids are actual employees but I love how involved they are with handling customers . This place is worth it . Great business and awesome job as parents working with the kids . I hope this business is here to stay and does great things in Pantego !

Really strange I went in to pick up an order and there was three kids working not one adult inside or at least any adult I can see also it was really hot in that place and it was during school hours The little girl that helped me had to be maybe 9 or 10 and the other two they were in the back one was doing dishes and other one was preparing food I definitely will not order food from there not that I don't think that the food would be good but that you have children working in there when they should be at school also hello child labor laws . Yes its family owned but that still doesn't give you the right to work them like you do .

Went in on April 30th a young kid about 8 years old was running the front obviously overwhelmed. The place was empty but had a few pick up orders. Had to order thru a kiosk that was not user friendly. Finally placed my order 80 dollars later did not get what I ordered paid fir extra items they were out of but still charged for. Nothing was made correctly when I get home the potatoes are old like they been sitting under the heat lamp all day. I called and was assured a refund. Twin weeks later mothering texting the owner back and forth he ignored me so I go back to the establishement where he cusses at me and could not figure out how to administer a refund I waited 45 minutes mind you he cussing me out the entire time while other customers witness the behavior. Processes refund and then two days later retracts. This place is giving the actual jambos a bad name and whatever chicken cross the toad is a front and bad food steer clear

Weirdest experience ever! There were 3 kids running the place from what I could tell. Didn't look like there was an adult anywhere. Two little girls maybe 8 and 10 yrs old and a boy maybe 12 yrs old in the back doing dishes. Definitely won't be going back. That's just crazy!
I ordered a DoorDash order from here, and I messed up my own order. When I called to correct it they were so kind, so helpful, and so understanding. Once I got my food. It was seriously the best!! Josh went above and beyond. Thank you ?

The brisket was very flavorful and si tender you could cut it with a fork. We alsi ordered the ribs which literally fell off the bone.

Ordered through doordash .My Saddie baked potato was full of grease at least 1 1/2 in deep in my container. Also my chopped brisket was cold and mostly fat . I couldnt get my money back so they had to replace it i was told the butter made the grease .

I met a friend here for lunch. It has the feel of a real BBQ joint -- very low-key, you order at the counter before sitting down, that kind of place. I got the 2 meat meal and the brisket was solid, but the sausage was superb. I asked about it and discovered it was made in-store. It was dense, with less fat than in most BBQ sausage, with a fantastic flavor. I will go back to Jambo's just for the sausage!

This place is AMAZING!!! We are on a trip with 2 families, 9 kids in all, and 4 adults. Every single plate came out perfect, quick, and not a single mistake. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! We are blown away by the delicious food and A+ service! HIGHLY recommend this place!
