Everytime I come here my order is WRONG! You don’t answer the phone! I will NEVER patronize this McDonald’s again it’s crazy how yall charging people for items that they are not receiving! Ridiculous

Lately this location has been going downhill. Came yesterday, the lady gave me drinks that weren’t fully in the carrier correctly and my frappe spilled all inside my car. Thank God I have leather seats. I told the lady inside they didn’t even offer to replace the drink. Today I went again and the drinks keep getting filled less and less. I paid for a large pineapple smoothie and I got this. On the McFlurrys they don’t bother to even mix them anymore they just throw a few toppings on top of the soft serve ice cream. The service is poor now and sloppy.

I gave the food a 3 because, well, it’s McDonald’s. However, the service was truly phenomenal. I went inside to order my food to-go, and right away I noticed Mary G. calling orders out by name and apologizing personally for any inconvenience, especially as it pertained to wait time. Nereida ensured the dine-in was spotless and also made sure to assist customers while staying out of their way, a gift indeed. Mind you, this is the dinner rush. Enjoyed my quick visit and will be back. Lastly if either of those amazing ladies get to see this review, ¡gracias para sus ayuda y sigue siendo maravillosa!

Decided to go here due to being late and not many options. We had to drive around to drive thru window to see if it was open. It took over 30 seconds for a response the second time through the drive-thru speaker. The food was okay, but the fries were cold. The McDonald's team member’s customer service was not very friendly. I get it sometimes with customer service. However, it's what brings satisfied customers back for business.
