Small mom and pop shop selling your typical boba flavors plus some extras. They have some unique flavors that aren’t offered elsewhere such as pumpkin pie that are pretty good. Good service. Run down area.

My absolute favorite boba shop! Staff was friendly and the menu is diverse. Offering a variety of flavors for both fruity and classic tea lovers. I’ve tried the tiger milk, Thai tea, brown sugar milk tea and mango dragon fruit lemonade. Every drink was carefully made, striking the perfect balance between sweet and refreshing. The boba was the right amount of chewiness and the drink was made fresh right in front of me. Definitely going back.
10/10 highly recommend!

It’s in an outdoor shopping area. There was a nice young lady taking orders and making the drinks. I ordered a fruit tea with boba. Compared to other boba places that I have been, my initial impression of the tea is that it was just ok. It wasn’t as flavorful as I have come to expect. I ordered light ice as is my usual at other places and this was only maybe 2-3 ice cubes. My tea was this not that cold.
