The food is always great! The sweets are very bad but in a great way! Pricing like everything else is a little higher. But they always seem to get our special request correct all the time. We had it last week and this week......lol!

I used the app to order food. It automatically uses door dash for sending orders. They had a bad dasher/lazy dasher that, rather than deliver the order, he went to an open field placed the bag with food over a light post controller and took the picture. No door picture nor person was in the picture to confirm delivery and the store doesn't want to refund the money! This is a tacky store and so is door day if they don't investigate pictures of the items being delivered to a person or a place. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

It's been over a year but decided to try this location again.. pleasant surprise we ordered six pizzas and every single one so good tasted fresh plenty of toppings.. not sure what change did this location but they've changed for the better keep up the good work you will be our new Wednesday night place

I walked in 15 mins before closing. The person at a register was just leaning on the counter, another person walked over to a second register to take my order. As I was deciding which sandwich I wanted, the person who had been leaning walked over to the condiments end of the line. She asked impatiently which sandwich was it. The cashier said they were waiting. I said I'd like the smoke cheesy and asked about pickles. I was told they were out of pickles, a few moments before I was told they were out of cookies. Their excuse was the time of night. I guess pickles arrive daily and there are only so many because it seemed like no one wanted to go to the storage to open a new container of pickles. I had requested deli mustard in place of chipotle mayo (BTW I got whole seed mustard instead). When the cashier told this to the impatient employee, she made a face like she was crossing her eyes. Maybe asking for something different is too much for her to understand, she was constipated or maybe she was just being rude and didn't care. After leaving and getting home, I'm even less impressed with the look of my sandwich. The photo looks NOTHING like what I received. Advertising should be as close to the actual look and size of a product. This is basically false advertising. $9.19 regular price is an insult for what I actually received. In all this was a complete disappointment of a visit. Schlotzskys has fallen so far from where they once were.

I ordered online and after 15 minutes they cancelled my order. If you can’t take orders from Uber Eats then turn off that you’re available. I’m 4 miles away. It said they were too busy to get my order. I called Uber eats and the store can turn off the app. Thank you for wasting my 30 minute lunch.
