Google and the Shipley’s website state this location opens at 5am. I waited outside for 10 minutes past 5am and they did not open. Disappointed but could not wait any longer for them to open. If you do not actually open at 5, please change your time online to reflect current opening hours.

Kolaches are good but the glaze donuts are always cold and stiff especially during morning peak hours, need to make them fresh and hot, muy caliente

This is an older establishment. I guess they haven’t gotten the memo to not clean with Clorox. It was a bit difficult to endure the overwhelming bleach smell. The service was polite. Good coffee.

Awesome staff. Great food. Read the previous reviews and just want to say thanks for not cross contaminating your products. As someone who has family members with allergies I gladly appreciate the efforts you guys put in to make sure not to cross contaminate your delicious food.
Customer service has been steadily going down hill. Been coming to this establishment for years ordering the same thing, Cinnamon Roll with Maple syrup on top with nuts. They've ALWAYS have added the maple icing after cinnamon roll was done for years. Some workers up here DON'T want to do it & when I tell them they always done it they huff but end up doing it. Today the lady behind the counter says same ol same ol "we can't do it" I tell them "they've always done it" & she makes up some wild story about "cross contamination is why they can't do it" sooooo with what I took out it they rather loose a $30 sale then add maple icing to a cinnamon roll..cool they lost a customer & I'll just start going to the doughnut store around the corner on Bowen..
