Been going here for years getting iced cinnamon roll(with no nuts). Now they refuse to do it for me. Read another post with similar complaint. To top it off, she was rude toward me and super dismissive. I do love Shipleys! Too bad they don't have the customer service they use to have.🙁

The place is filthy they've got three people at the counter sitting and talking to each other meanwhile all the tables are empty and dirty my donuts were smashed together in a bag
How do they not have beef options. Not everyone can eat pork. Ridiculous

Google and the Shipley’s website state this location opens at 5am. I waited outside for 10 minutes past 5am and they did not open. Disappointed but could not wait any longer for them to open. If you do not actually open at 5, please change your time online to reflect current opening hours.

Kolaches are good but the glaze donuts are always cold and stiff especially during morning peak hours, need to make them fresh and hot, muy caliente
