I just wanted to shout out Joseph for being a stellar and professional employee, he made amazing sandwiches, kept the lobby in order and handled unruly customers with grace and more patience than I've seen in a while. He ran the store by himself and was getting out orders steadily and still good quality. He deserves a raise and a paid vacation, or at least management cause he is a model employee.

Recent visit to this location on April 2, around 7:30 pm was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Subway. I’ve visited at least 5 or 6 times in the past, having ordered from the app, and the service and food was excellent! I placed my order online, as usual. When I arrived an order was being prepared that appeared to be mine. When I inquired as such, a middle aged, grey beard, white guy confirmed that was my order. I told the young lady preparing my sandwich that my order (done on the app), called for the bread to be toasted, etc. The older guy jumps in claiming, “that’s not what the receipt says.” Meanwhile the young lady is apologizing for actually not seeing it on the receipt… “I’m sorry sir, I was in complete zombie mode, I see it now.” This old guy starts spouting nonsense to me saying , “I can’t control the app!” Then he tells her to “just wipe all the veggies off and stick it in the oven, then put more veggies on it”. Then just walks off! No apology or anything close to it. There is shredded lettuce, onions, tomatoes, green peppers, etc… on the sandwich. We both look at him.. and she says, “would you like me to just make you another sandwich?” I tell her “yes”. She shows me the receipt and it clearly outlines my sandwich request which matches the notes I entered on the app. Aside from her apology, the old guys condescending tone, and complete lack of accountability was embarrassing for the Subway brand! He needs more customer-facing training to say the least!

The guy on the phone, told me straight up so what do you want me to do after I ordered online and nothing I requested to be put on my sandwich was put. It’s funny because I paid extra for all the veggies. Not one time did he apologize or take accountability in fact he even started yelling and raising his voice at me. It’s so unfair how they treat people who order with DoorDash or Uber because they know you can’t really do much. I literally have a picture and I am going to cooperate with it.

Totally unacceptable on the way the Owner of this store (Logan) treated my request for a refund on a very unsatisfactory purchase. The meatball marinara was shorted on sauce and dry, normally has more sauce on it. The Turkey sandwich had barely any Ranch on one side of the footlong and request for mayonnaise sauce on the other side. I have ordered online from this location for years and it has been very good mostly every time. In fact, the only other time I did have a complaint about the quality of the food, the employee gave us a refund without bringing back the half eaten food. The employee told me to just come back to the store and get the cash refund. By the way Logan bringing back half eaten food is extremely unsanitary for the business. Maybe the owner (Logan) needs to learn how to make sandwiches better, because when I do order online the other employees actually make them correct with no issues. Lastly, the owner had every justification behind not giving a refund or providing some sort of next visit discount and they are as followed: (1) We don't provide refunds unless you bring back the 1/2 eaten food (unsanitary) (2) We make the online orders with the exact portion of all ingredients per the company policy (untrue because normally every time an employee other than Logan the "owner" makes them, they come out good and not dry with no sauce).

First time being back in 6 months, and I was all excited to see the fresh meat sliced in front of me put on my sandwich.Unfortunately that did not happen they had it all already sliced by the time I got there at noon. First off the girl couldn't even tell me what happened to the bmt.So I got the new version and the girl didn't even make it the way I wanted it. She proceeded to make the standard Subway fold sandwich. Now everybody in America knows that the sub sandwich is not folded. It is two separate halves.After she made the sandwich she didn't even wrap it it was falling apart the way she made it.I got it for takeout and when I got home and assembled it correctly and then added the dressing on top and proceeded to eat it. I noticed right away that the bread was not 100% fresh the dressing absorbed into a too quickly it started falling apart as I ate it. This is the worst sub sandwich I have had in about 6 years. And using Oscar Mayer meets is not high quality meat.And you no longer have cheddar cheese on your menu now it's just Jack provolone in American and what a yummy selection.I shall never return to Subway until they learn how to make Subway sandwiches the way they used to make them in New Haven Connecticut where they started.Bring back cheddar cheese, real shredded lettuce not salad mix.Totally dissatisfied customer.
