I just wanted to shout out Joseph for being a stellar and professional employee, he made amazing sandwiches, kept the lobby in order and handled unruly customers with grace and more patience than I've seen in a while. He ran the store by himself and was getting out orders steadily and still good quality. He deserves a raise and a paid vacation, or at least management cause he is a model employee.
They only had one person working and I felt so bad for him, he tried to call someone for help and no one would come. Blair we appreciate you and you remained so calm and so sweet during the rush you had to endure by yourself! Thank you for the food and for your awesome customer service Blair!!!
They have 12 new sandwiches to offer. The Italian herb bread is delicious. I had turkey, pepper jack and bacon with their new Baja sauce which takes the place of the Chipotle sauce. My wife had the tuna and it was also delicious. Clean store and the ladies were very nice and patient with me and asking questions about the new menu. Bathroom was also clean!!
