I rarely leave reviews for chain restaurants but I had to chime in here and leave 5 stars. The team here excels in speed, accuracy, and customer service. I’m there almost weekly and I have a great experience every time. They keep it clean and have a great system in place to get through orders in a timely manner, all while caring for each customer and having genuine conversations.
I just wanted to shout out Joseph for being a stellar and professional employee, he made amazing sandwiches, kept the lobby in order and handled unruly customers with grace and more patience than I've seen in a while. He ran the store by himself and was getting out orders steadily and still good quality. He deserves a raise and a paid vacation, or at least management cause he is a model employee.
They only had one person working and I felt so bad for him, he tried to call someone for help and no one would come. Blair we appreciate you and you remained so calm and so sweet during the rush you had to endure by yourself! Thank you for the food and for your awesome customer service Blair!!!
