Love Taco Bueno! Will NEVER go back to this location. Not only do they mess up simple orders consistently, they make sure nobody is able to call so they can correct it. On top of that, the phone number is almost impossible to find online (which matches the one on the receipt) and has had a constant busy signal for 2 days straight. I’ve officially written off this location and pretty much Taco Bueno in general which is unfortunate considering how conveniently close to home it is. Done!

I used to come here all the time and after the recent experience I had in the drive thru I will not be back. I came to the drive thru and ordered 3 Party burritos with extra chili sauce and cheese at 2:22pm on 9/11/2024. When I got to the window to pay asked the lady at the window if I could get 3 salsas thinking she would put them in the bag as she always did before. This time however she just hands me the three salsas that are not placed in the sack, then immediately shuts the window pretty much in my face. When she opened the window what felt like 2 minutes later to hand me my food I said thank you and she slams the window in my face again. I am saddened by the service I received and on top of that the salsa was gooey and odd textured, not like it usually is. Never again will I be back. This lady in the drive thru who did not used to be mean to me when I would come is now very rude.

I ordered Quesadillas and a Crispy Beef Taco. One order was a Combo meal. My kids really liked the food and the salsa bar is nice for diners.
The lady at the counter wasn't rude, but she took our order with no emotion or welcome greeting. We came after the lunch rush, so she probably needed time to rest. Otherwise, she got our order done.

Their salsa tastes like ketchup and their chips taste dusty. The tacos and burritos are ok. I like their chicken quesadillas. My kids really like the tacos and rice. My husband really likes the mucho nachos but I don’t care for it cause their ground beef tastes a little weird to me. Otherwise ok place. Usually the go to fast food place to pick up food for the family.
