The lady that runs this place is one of the nicest people you will meet. The food is good, I can't tell you what it is called though. She is so good she remembers the dish I like and just makes it for me.
I know - it’s unusual to find a Korean BBQ combined with Donuts, but Mrs Yong has done an outstanding job of offering both in one shop in Paradise, Texas. It’s also a gathering spot for differing groups in the community some morning for an hour or so of discussions if a wide variety of subjects. This is the BEST Korean restaurant ever!! My dad and I are both Korean and have struggled finding authentic and delicious Korean food. When we walked into YONG Donuts & Korean BBQ located in what looks like the middle of nowhere, we did not have high expectations.
