Worst dining experience in ages. Had been at local hospital with family all day so I looked forward to a nice relaxing meal. Upon arrival, I ordered a nice beverage and food, ordering a side salad to go with my main course that included 2 vegetables. But my salad never arrived until all my food was served at the same time. I complained, so Manager was called and she advised she would speak with my server about proper staging but nothing else was offered at fix my issue, so I explained that my main course would be cold by the time I'd eaten my salad, but No One Cared, SO NEITHER DO I. I'LL SIMPLY NEVER GO BACK!!!

As good as an Applebee's gets. I'd give five stars but I always dock one for not having Mexican Coke Cola on hand. Other than that service was prompt, friendly and not too bothersome. The food was delicious especially the creamy cheese broccoli. Definitely will be back again on our next pass.

I could give a long speech but instead I will just say the experience was awful The bartender didn't even want to be there and she was sweet, but then she wasn't. I went with a group on Sunday night and sat near the bar. We could not get service a day when we did she would not bring our drinks out. She even made a smart comment to my uncle I had brought out that night and ruined the whole experience for all of us. The food was trash and took forever to be delivered. I highly suggest to anyone that they choose a different option than this place.

Enjoyed the 2 for 27 menu. Salads were generous portions, fries were bland. Wmoloyeedms courteous and friendly. Apparently understaffed took us 1-1/2 hours to get served and eat.

So I've been on the road last Saturday for 6 hours. It was about 9 pm and I decided to give Applebees a chance. The hostess was certainly nice, escorted me to my seat. Shortly after, I was greeted by a timid lady with what I preseume had no spine. She took my drink and appetizer order, then came back for my meal choice. It felt like she had no confidence in her ability to do just the basics. But whaterever, my drink arrived, then the appetizer. I ordered their Wonton chicken tacos and they deserved all the possitive stars I gave. It was certainly the highlight of all this. Tons of flavor which I really did not expect. Just finished themup and the western bbq burger arrived. Fries were hot n seasoned. I mean really, who screws these up should retire. lol The burger was bog, and not short of toppings. Again this have decent flavor and was not disappointing. And that is all the good I can be honest about. Now the turnign point to me never coming back. I ate less than half my food and needed a restroom break.... yeah, I bet you can guess the next part. I return to my table cleared, food tossed, drink gone... I was quite annoyed, upset and confused as to who the F throws someones food away without verifying I left. Heck, I still had not paid the server!! Instead of her getting a manager, she goes to retreive my ticket. The hostess saw I was upset and asked me what happened, I explained and she went to get the manager. By now I just wanted to leave. I am trying to count the money out and the server would not shut up blaming everyone else. I finally snapped and asked her to be quiet so I can count what I had for cash. Even after I left a tip she was still annoying. The4 slow and steady so called manager finally arrived and I just walked out. Why was this manager not already opn the floor? I saw every staff member playing on their cells, groping each other and being unprofessional which tells me teh manager is there for a little check only. This is why people hate going to this place, I get it now. Also, a huge sign out there saying half off appetizers after 9 pm, but clearly I was exempt to this.

Applesbees located at 3905 Lamar Ave, Paris, TX 75462. Walked in to pick up my order at 12:10am. The atmosphere and services sucks. Food was great , paid $16 per meal , the meals came with no drinks . Didn’t like that very much.

I do food reviews. this is a service review. I was working food delivery last night and got an order from Applebee's I arrived at 5pm I was told that the catering order was being bagged by 515pm I did not have my food. I then asked about it and was told that they were really busy and they did not know when my order would be ready. by 530pm I asked to speak with a manager A lady came out and then told be that they are subbing any food and that i needed to call the customer i was livid by 550pm I finally had my order and got the food to the customer. unless you are sitting in the restaurant these people do not care one bit about getting your food to you. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Shane was our waiter. Service was slow due to Christmas Day crowd. Finally got food. Brought tabs. Mine had 4.00 soda, which didn't order. Shane told me he couldn't correct that, that I should just collect that from the other guest that I came in with that he should have charged it to. We eat at the Paris restaurant frequently, but I believe that will change going forward.

We ordered to go. She had the burger/ff. I had the chicken sandwich/ff. She liked the burger, my chicken was huge, unfortunately, very overcooked and dry. Was hard to eat. I didn't finish it. To bad too. Looking for new joint that has a decent cook that runs the fryers.
