The food was awesome, I got me a sandwich that was loaded with lots of meat so much meat that at the en̈d all I was eating was just the roast beef without the bread. The reason for that was just cause u was already full. I loved that experience.

I specifically asked for fresh chicken and fries. I didn't get neither. My chicken tasted old and was barely edible. My daughter's chicken strip were trash. Fries were room temp. I definitely will not be back.

I ordered a buffalo chicken slider. Below is a picture of a brown something I received. I asked for a refund. The manager said no . I told her I didn't want the food. The manager told me to never come back. I assured her I would not. Arby's has yet to process my refund. 0 The actual store manger is Marcus, not the lady as she stated. Marcus called me today. He was very polite and apologetic about the situation. He asked me when I could stop by that he had my refund for me. I wasn't able to go until after Marcus had left but the manager on duty was very apologetic she handed me my refund and Marcus had thrown in a card for me to get a free meal. Very polite. Very nice.
