I specifically asked for fresh chicken and fries. I didn't get neither. My chicken tasted old and was barely edible. My daughter's chicken strip were trash. Fries were room temp. I definitely will not be back.

I ordered a buffalo chicken slider. Below is a picture of a brown something I received. I asked for a refund. The manager said no . I told her I didn't want the food. The manager told me to never come back. I assured her I would not. Arby's has yet to process my refund. 0 The actual store manger is Marcus, not the lady as she stated. Marcus called me today. He was very polite and apologetic about the situation. He asked me when I could stop by that he had my refund for me. I wasn't able to go until after Marcus had left but the manager on duty was very apologetic she handed me my refund and Marcus had thrown in a card for me to get a free meal. Very polite. Very nice.

1/31/25 Got back to the motel after ordering a #2 combo and a roast beef on the side. The sandwiches were good but a combo without fries is hardly a combo. Check your bags before you leave there.
The sewage gas smell at this location is terrible pretty sure it gave my husband and I food poisoning. Went in for a refund and was treated like I didn't even exist won't be back

I have been in Arby's in Paris many times. Food is always good, people always nice. But for whatever reason, my last trip dining in was really good. Food was hot and fresh.People working were just super nice. Even guy taking a vape break was friendly. Something different about this visit.

The cheap owners need to turn on the AC! Itâs 82 (NOW 85!!) degrees in here by the front door and way hotter inside! I donât know how your employees havenât walked out!
UPDATE: came back a few days later to see if the issue was resolved, and itâs even hotter today!
This place is a joke, You know why you loose so much business at this Texas location, the people that work there don't care about you or your food. I didn't even try and order after the woman said huh 3 times in a row at drive through and laughs the whole time. You let scum bags run your business, you won't get my business, what A JOKE, shame this is the way it is all over this town.
