Went to Braums Paris today. Your employee, Justin, had the biggest smile, was eager to be helpful and accommodating. He made our visit wonderful.

Walls were very dirty full of ice cream and dirt. A smell from the back was awful .saw ants roaming the drunk area .trash cans so full you can’t even put your trash away, managers look like they’re on something ,good food bad people working there

This was my first time at a Braum's, and I was blown away by the service I received from a young man. I believe his name was Brayden, he was the cashier at the market. He greeted me with kindness and gave me a quick tour. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and even offered to place my order at his register. What a breath of fresh air in today's world. Thank you, and I will be back when I am in town again.
