Fast. Delicious. Un-nuanced. This is what I expect when going to a burger joint. The fries were great. The burgers were seasoned perfectly. I felt like I could just walk in and sit anywhere and nobody would care in a way that wasn't their business, despite the size of the building itself. It felt authentic. Well done, BL Paris.
