Fast. Delicious. Un-nuanced. This is what I expect when going to a burger joint. The fries were great. The burgers were seasoned perfectly. I felt like I could just walk in and sit anywhere and nobody would care in a way that wasn't their business, despite the size of the building itself. It felt authentic. Well done, BL Paris.
There aren't enough words in the dictionary to describe how good these burgers are. Watching Rob work on the grill was magical. Dude has amazing work ethic. Smaller, cramped seating, but it has that old school 50s style vibes. Fresh cut fries too. This place is definitely worth a special trip just to come here. Not enough stars to give this place.
