Ordered thru the drive thru. Got home and I had ordered a grill chicken wrap and instead of the wrap they put a side salad in my bag. I have called their number about 6 times and all I am getting is a voicemail. This is bad service. I know a wrap cost more than a side salad. I don't live in paris so it would cost me more in gas to go back.

Everyone knows ChikFilA is clean and the service is the best in the fast food industry, but the value has been slipping. I was so excited to see the Spicy Honey Pimento sandwich is back, but this was so disappointing. This sandwich is nowhere even close to the advertisement nor the previous version. Definitely is not worth $7.25.

Would give a no star as we just went through the drive through for ice cream and was told they had it turned off and had to sit through the drive thru for 20 minutes and no apologies from them!
First time ever really going to a Chick-fil-A was here The food was really good but I'm a fat boy so I had to order a little extra I tried a couple chicken sandwiches and their chicken nuggets It was all really good the people was very friendly somewhere I would definitely go back

They need to change the grease the food is burnt and even when you have them remake it it comes back to you even more burnt the food quality is really starting to go down this absolutely does not look like the one on the menu the dark gray black LOL I don't know what happened to the management there but you can definitely tell the difference between now and the last couple months
