I want to start with I’ve never been to a chili’s before and my husband and I wanted to try it out. So my husband had gone to one before and he said his experience was great the first time mine was definitely not. My food was not hot my cheese fries were cold so were my husbands. His steak was rare when he ordered a medium steak. Mine was a medium as well they got that one right. It’s over priced for everything. It’s loud, you can’t even have a conversation without talking loud over the crowd. This table talk was loud the whole time we were there and they’re been there way before we even got to our table. I don’t mean to be a Karen but this place is not worth the time and place. If you have the patience to work with kind waitresses, they have very patient staff.

This is one of the few chain restaurants we still go to. We usually only eat local. The cheese sticks are a must for us. The waitresses and waiters are always friendly. It's laid back and can get a tad loud but that's to be expected in a bar and grill. We feel it's ok to take our family in there and enjoy a fun time. The prices are about the same as anywhere else as can be expected.

Went here last Sunday night as we traveled back to Oklahoma from our trip to Florida; Wanted to order some fajitas, but apparently they ran out; my wife wanted to order chicken tenders but they also ran out of those; so ended up eating wings instead and my wife had some sort of noodles. Would imagine that a restaurant like this shouldn't have to run out of food so easily.

Jacob was absolutely the most fantastic bartender... he clutched dad Jokes. He was 6/7. Argumentativly the best chilis bartender I've ever had.

They were out of broccoli 🥦, so I ordered asparagus instead. It was heavily seasoned. Other than that, it was cooked to perfection.
Felt like just like home. We were seated and ordered drinks, then a screaming baby from the underworld provided the best ambiance we could have imagined. We then ordered our food and during the wait our server decided to practice his juggling skills and proceeded to smash a plate right beside our table. The food did come out excellent and overall we enjoyed our meal. The server was somewhere else, but who isn't these days.

The service sucked even through our food came out fast the service sucked we never got asked for refills until after we were getting ready to pay and leave and my friend ordered the quesadillas and they weren’t good the only good thing we liked was the fries and the tripper dipper. Sad about how our dinner went because we love chilis this just wasn’t a good experience today.

This location needs some attention from management. Went for dine in with family. Waited for 10 mins before we got the table. Server was quick to grab water and coke but did not bother to check on the food or if we need anything else. Ordered a cheese quesadilla for my kid with an addition of Chicken but it came up only with cheese. They charged me for the chicken but there was no one to complain about it. I just paid my bill and came off as I was in a hurry. Do not recommend this location.
