Ordered 4 large pizzas online for pickup. My husband was going to pick them up however he was delayed. My husband called me, so I could call Domino's and let them know. I did indeed call and told the man who answered my pertinent information and relayed the information that my husband was delayed. He didn't understand what I meant, so I had to explain to him repeatedly what delayed ment. I asked for his name and his position with Domino's because I wanted to report how rude he was to me. His name was Jason

You always missing some stuff on your oder and they don’t even care don’t like to give what you miss neither refund
Even manager don’t know how to talk or give a right answer for you problem i ask about my missing food and say send driver to my location and he say we can’t do it and i say why you just can’t its your mistake so just correct it but he just keep repeating same thing i say why you can’t send some so this is manager answer at the end BECAUSE I SAY SO

Ordered 2 pizzas Friday evening...waited 20 minutes and arrived to be told it would be 45-55 MORE minutes. I canceled them. The next day I thought I'd try it again- got home with the wrong order. 👎 Also, they now charge $2 for extra sauce on pizzas, which is needed...as it is basically nonexistent otherwise. 🤦🏽♀️
