In the span of 30 seconds I was asked what I wanted by all 3 employees. Good customer service? Maybe…The first asked if I needed a minute and I said yes while stepping to the side, the second came over maybe 10 seconds later. They were both kind, so I told her I just needed a second to look. The third came over shortly after and she was pretty rude. I felt rushed so I went ahead and placed my order and my sons. My sister asked her a question and she was extremely short in her response. When my son’s hot chocolate and my sister’s hot latte was handed to us they were very lukewarm. It brought it to her attention and apparently their steamer is out. No posted notice or anything…She was pointed towards a microwave on the bar behind us. That aside the food was delicious and my iced coffee was amazing. & to the rude employee..let the other girls take the orders.

I’ve only had issues with one lady, I come here often with no other issues. She makes my drink wrong anytime she’s been there and always has a horrible attitude. I asked for ice this morning (not to remake my drink) because I barely had any in my iced drink, she proceeds to have a horrible attitude towards me over it so I ended up just leaving. It’s a bummer cause usually I have a good experience and order!

i have had donuts from other stores before, i was mailed free donuts coupon so i came by today to try them. so far the freshest feeling and tasting donuts ive ever had. and i tried a few different ones, i hope i can get more donuts from here again. TY for the coupon so i could try your donuts.

I love love love this place. It have to say I wish their were more, but I'm happy itd close to my home, especially this one. Kelsey is absolutely a beautiful person. I know she works hard, and she's a great role model to have there at that store. She's one of the main reasons I keep coming back!!

Waiting for 30 years for its arrival but what a disappointment the look, texture everything is top but the taste a disaster, I will say the taste of the donuts of Narbonne Plage!!! Surely a French taste for the French public 😩 3,10 € in the garbage!!

Very rude staff . Called in to fix and order that I ordered through the DoorDash app and they basically couldn’t help me . All I was asking was to update the order and charge the difference . How hard can that be man
