The food was lukewarm to cold coming off the steamtable. Shrimp was over-cooked & some raw. We will never go back again!

Disappointing. The food looks fresh, but tastes like it's been left out and reheated. I left most of the food on my plate, so it definitely was not worth the price.
A old lady fell on the nasty floor and the employees laughed at her. The food was cold and nasty! The chicken was hard and the rice was nasty! We will never come back!!!

I can’t tell you how disappointed I was. I went to eat with my husband and son about 5pm. The food was cold and tasted like it was HOURS old! The teriyaki chicken was cold, the other chicken was as hard as a rock and it was all disgusting to say the least. I’ve NEVER had an experience this bad at this location.
