Best collard greens ever. Chicken fried steak was absolute!!!! Service and atmosphere wonderful. Decor very clean and appealing. We're going back before we catch our breath. To think we've passed it a hundred times!

My husband and I were passing through Paris, Texas and got hungry. We googled food near by and this gem popped up. We cannot rave about this place enough! The staff, the atmosphere and more so the food! You can feel the southern love in every bite. We will be back soon.

Best soul food I've had in all of East Texas. The servings are generous, the staff is kind, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. Highly recommend the chicken fried chicken.

We drove from Mt. Pleasant to try out Harlem Nights Scratch Kitchen. It did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and seasoned very well! Service was great and everyone was friendly. Definitely give them a try!

When we placed our order, my husband asked if the chicken wings were good and the man said “Best in NE Texas” and I believe he was right! Maybe even SE Oklahoma. Be sure to order the greens!

Carla catered our son’s wedding rehearsal. The event was on Thanksgiving. She and her team happily worked the holiday for us. The food was excellent… everyone commented on how good the food was. And her team was super nice. If we ever need catering in Paris, she will be our only call. Thanks Carla!!!

My husband and I visited Harlem Nights Scratch Kitchen & Cocktails once and were so blown away that we returned to have a small Thanksgiving dinner prepared for us—and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made while traveling. We are from out of town, and we were thoroughly impressed not only by the incredible food, but by the genuine hospitality that came with it.

Ms. Carla was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, honest, and kept her word on every single detail. We ordered the dressing, yams, giblet gravy, mac & cheese, cranberry sauce, peach cobbler, cabbage, and greens—and every dish was phenomenal. Her cabbage is truly unlike any other, and her greens taste heavenly. Each bite brought back childhood flavors and memories we didn’t even realize we missed.

I highly recommend Harlem Nights for any catered event in the area. Ms. Carla’s kindness is unmatched, and her food touched our souls. Thank you again for making our Thanksgiving one to remember while we’re on the road. We will never forget it. -Christian & Joel
