Got a order of fries and a tea...Got back to my job and fries were cold, old and hard...tried calling the restaurant 11 times within 10 mins....no one would answer the phone just get connection cut off after different numbers of rings each time...will not be back...

Literally the worst place and employees i have ever seen. I get off late at night so Jack in the box is one of the few places I can order at midnight at. So tell me why I order and show up and no is there when it clearly says open till 2am? And its always when there's a certain manager on duty. I barely make even at my job and if I'm spending money on food I expect to get food??? And not yall just eat my money. I'm so mad, I don't normally do this but this is the second time. I'm contacting corporate and getting the manager fired at this point.

Good food. Excellent sweet tea. Service was friendly but a little slow because the window person had to make some complicated ice cream thing for the cars behind us. I'd go back.

I ordered a double jack combo and the fries were great the drink was awesome the lady who served it to me was very nice but the burger was fkn horrible, the main ingredient was mustard, it was dripping everywhere it was so watery and so much of it that it made the burger inedible. Absolutely disgusting! When you order a double meat cheeseburger you would think there would be more meat than mustard but that was not the case with this burger.

The lady at the drive thru window was sooooo busy working two positions that she forgot to take my payment. It's such a shame that people that WANT to work have to be stretched so thin! ? Yes, I did bring it to her attention, and I did pay.

This review has nothing to do with the food or the employees themselves, because there were not very many of them. I only saw two employees working from my viewpoint. Customers were walking out today because they couldn’t place an order. I was one of them. I stood at the counter for a VERY long time trying to be patient because of the circumstances. No one EVER came to the counter. I will probably not be back. I hope the owner gets this figured out.
I have always loved their bacon burger. But these few times I’ve been there they’ve always been rude and with an attitude. Like working is an inconvenience to them. If you don’t like your job just quit I don’t have to deal with your attitude or you being rude I’m paying for my food notGetting it for free! To bad no other place has something similar to what I like from there…

My shoes were sticking to the floor from the front door all the way inside. I ordered food and was given a cup to get my soda. The ice machine didn't work. I asked the counter server for ice. I went back to the soda machine and tried to get a cherry coke. Tasted horrible and flat. Tried to get a sprite, also flat. Asked the counter girl to get me a cherry coke because the machine is flat and she looked annoyed with me. My food was sloppy packed. I am glad the jack in the box by my house is not like this.
