Went yesterday with my family at 7:30p.m. and was told the restaurant was closed and couldn't serve us. Was highly disappointed since the hours are listed as open until 9p.m and it was a Friday night. We waited by the front entrance for several minutes before the people in the back sent a young lady out to tell us they were closed. Don't recommend this place, no customer service and felt like I was not treated right. If I could give zero stars I would. It's sad because it was our first time in Paris Texas and we wanted to try a local hangout after looking at the lights and nostalgia. Very awful, disheartening experience.

My husband and I were extremely disappointed with this restaurant. We first walked in and were barely acknowledged by the staff and were lazily brought to our table. While waiting for our food, we observed the staff sitting in the back on a freezer and playing on their phones while customers weren’t being tended to. There was trash on the floors that could have been being picked up. They also were rough housing while we still waiting for our food. The food was below mediocre. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers. You’re a burger restaurant, how can you get it wrong, right? No flavor. Bland and overall didn’t taste right. The fries were well seasoned, but you could tell they were freezer burned and old. Staff didn’t refill either one of our drinks as well. Very disappointing experience.

The German burger was surprisingly good, and the onion rings were best in class. Both recommended by Tiffany, so she’ll take care of you. Worth the 2-hr drive from Dallas!
