My husband and I stopped by during the Hatch Chili Festival. He had the special Hatch Chili burger with fried and I had the fried onion burger with onion rings. The burgers were great....possibly the best we've ever eaten! The fresh onion rings were fantastic! We'll definitely be back. :-)
Unfortunately, we arrived just as an event on the square was breaking down and everyone was trying to get lunch. We were seated right away but then had to wait for our server to be free. I ordered a dinner salad and grilled chicken sandwich. Hubby got a bacon cheeseburger, no pickles. We shared a basket of fresh cut fries.

We made a stop on our way to Austin, I enjoy Paris anyway and like eating at Jaxx Burgers . I like the burgers a lot maybe because of the names . lol It’s a good stop they are fairly quick and really good service.
