When you get bottled water that has your brand in it. You don’t expect it to have a needle hole in the top of it. Been sick for 4 days. Don’t buy water from Kroger. If you do squeeze them before you open them to see if they have a hole in them. Called them. The person that said they are the manager. Didn’t care. Tried to file a report with the Sherriff’s office. They didn’t care. Says a lot about our community. Unless it’s one of them that’s sick.

DO NOT SHOP AT KROGER. Here's why. Today I was in Paris and ran in Kroger to get some fruit. While there I saw boston butts on sale. So I grabbed a couple, went to get my digital coupon and my phone died. Yes I know old people occasionally forget to plug in. I thought no problem the cashier can look it up since my kroger card was linked to the app ( at the behest of anther kroger employee). WELL WRONG ANSWER. I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT GET THE SALE PRICE WITHOUT THE APP. I EXPLAINED THE CIRCUMSTANCE AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER. ENTER POLLY PURE HEART WHO CAN ONLY SMILE AND SAY " THATS POLICY". SO ALDIS YOU HAVE WON ME OVER. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN. I WILL ENCOURAGE ALL MY FRIENDS TO SHOP ELSEWHERE. I TOLD THE MANAGER THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER TO WHICH SHE SMILED AND SAID SORRY. SHOP ALDI. SHOP OFTEN.

Our store lost the Express Checkout and only had 2 registers open since the store installed more self checkouts. I tried to talk to the manager to let him know that I do not like the loss of cashiers and open lanes. He got rude with me, especially after two more customers stated their opinions also. He even said that he would fire all the ones he just hired, which were not on the floor or presently helping check customers out. He was completely unprofessional. And I will not be back. Especially since the store did its reset for pickup, they quit carrying a lot of the organic products I bought.

I had a terrible experience here with a new bagger, but the service desk manager handled it well. All over a d*** loaf of bread. Not the best experience ever, but the manager was willing to fix the situation. That's a win.

I have not been to a walmart in ages. I prefer to but meat from the local butcher shop, they have nice meat at a an inexpensive price. 4 mins · Like
Always out of what they run on sale. Day two of sale out of Catfish fillets! Wow The week before last they had boneless pork loin 1.49 limit 2. Go up there and a hand made sign said limit One. Thats false advertising. We get sick and tired of driving all the way up there and then they dont have it. If you question them at the meat market they always want to get pissy with you. We have started going to McKinney about every two weeks and shopping at Market Street. Krogers could take lessons from them. The quality of the meat will blow Krogers away! Yep not happy. Pretty much done with Krogers! !:'(.
