Huge thank you to Kyle, who monitors the self-checkout area! It was only after I had checked out a cart full of groceries that I realized I had forgotten my credit card. Not only did Kyle suspend the payment for me, but when I returned to pay for the groceries, I noticed he had made the effort to bring the cart to the cooler in the back so the meat and dairy wouldn't go bad, and he had kept my frozen items frozen! Amazing customer service. Thank you so much, Kyle!

When you get bottled water that has your brand in it. You don’t expect it to have a needle hole in the top of it. Been sick for 4 days. Don’t buy water from Kroger. If you do squeeze them before you open them to see if they have a hole in them. Called them. The person that said they are the manager. Didn’t care. Tried to file a report with the Sherriff’s office. They didn’t care. Says a lot about our community. Unless it’s one of them that’s sick.

DO NOT SHOP AT KROGER. Here's why. Today I was in Paris and ran in Kroger to get some fruit. While there I saw boston butts on sale. So I grabbed a couple, went to get my digital coupon and my phone died. Yes I know old people occasionally forget to plug in. I thought no problem the cashier can look it up since my kroger card was linked to the app ( at the behest of anther kroger employee)....read full review
