It took almost an hour from the time I ordered a pizza online until it was delivered. It was about 15 to 20 minutes later than the time the system had estimated. They need to improve their delivery system.

I will just say this right now I have never had such a awful experience as I did tonight. I waited over 30 minutes for my food apparently because the cooks were just shoving whatever pizzias they wanted into the oven and mine along with others orders were all over the place. Secondly,,, the manager on duty was screaming and cursing at the young lady that was trying her best to arrange everyone's orders while cutting pizzas while getting overwhelmed, due to the lack of experience from the cooks and the manager on duty the poor girl was almost crying for goodness sakes! NEVER ONCE did the manager go back and try to guide the cooks in the right direction!!! She was too busy trying to embarrass the lady up front!!! I truly felt sorry for this worker, nobody deserves that treatment and aside from that my pizzas were still made incorrectly after waiting as long as I did I will never return to this location again!!!

Food was good and the customer service was impeccable my wait on my order was faster than expected the young lady Jill was most helpful in taking my order yesterday she made sure my order was correct that I had napkins all my sauces and made everything a pleasant experience will definitely be coming back!!!

-2 pepperoni pizzas: (1) had a quarter sized piece of plastic underneath the cheese.
- Contacted the store, the Manager asked for me to bring the pizza back into town and they’ll just replace it. Never spoke with the manager, only through a crew member and they. I usually never post anything but when there was an opportunity for a child to possibly either eat, choke, or swallow the plastic, I can’t respect that.
This should have been a higher priority // issue to the store. I don’t understand the lack of humility.
Ridiculous, Management barking orders at staff, staff working at a snails pace, short handed it seemed. I told them I would like to waite for a fresh pizza, she assured me the 2 she was giving me was fresh, it was not.It was hard, dry and tasteless. Trying to get my pizzas comped, was a dead end street. First time I've ate there in years, I forgot how bad it was, shame on me.
