Incredibly bad service, embarrassing management. Food has gone down hill, cannot say enough about the horrible treatment by the staff/ management. Definitely earned free advertisement for life. DO NOT recommend wasting a meal here.

This was my first time at this restaurant. It took a whole hour for us to get our food. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and fried okra. Just a little below average on the food. They had good ranch. I won’t be back here unless our family drags us there again.

Not a good experience today. The chicken was tough on a salad and the fried mushrooms were tough. We did not get an itemized bill and according to the prices listed on the menu they charged us at least $10 extra. They also charged for a refill drink to go. Terrible customer service ! The waitress was preoccupied with “extra stuff we have to do” in the kitchen although we did tip her. Not our first time here but will not be back.

Order the spicy chicken salad and sweet tea and the service was fast and efficient and the food was delicious and atmosphere was wonderful and had multiple TVs with the women's softball tournament going on
Our First time at this Beautiful Restaurant and my Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, food and drinks!! We can't wait to try the Boudin!!!

We ordered take out chicken strips last night. The strips were very overcooked and the lettuce in the salad was “rusty”. I love Magel’s but last night’s meal didn’t live up to what I expect from Magel’s.
