I just went in the drive thru and got a 2B meal. I drove about a mile to Ford dealership and sit down to eat. My burger was cold and my frys were warm but it looked like I may have gotten the bottom of some frys that had already been cooked. I have never gotten this bad of food. It normally is good and hot food. Maybe an off moment.

This has got to be the best McDonald's around their friendly never have to wait as long as I have in other McDonald's the food is fresher and b Most important They get my order right EVERY TIME!!!!
Nice and clean location if you need a break from the strip. Friendly employees.

Worst place ever. I’ve never been treated so ugly my entire life. I have contacted the number on the “cup” that was shoved at me by the manager, who has no business being a manager. No customer service skills what so ever. I work in the healthcare field and talk to people/patients everyday. I was very nice and polite till I was treated otherwise. This location is a joke quite literally. The workers are hollering and cussing in the back. No cars in the parking lot but took them 5 mins to answer drive thru and then for some reason which wasn’t explained couldnt process my mobile order after showing them twice on my phone the code and my order. Was told I would have to ask for refund in the app, went to cancel my order as told and app said it couldn’t cancel cause the store was already processing. Something not adding up here. McDonald’s STOLE my hard earned money . Waiting on a return phone call to get my refund.

Embarrassing for Paris, TX at how this establishment is ran!! Horrible experience on May 27th- Go inside and immediately notice a spilled carbonated beverage spilled all over a table and a trail of it all over the floor! As well as about 10 teenagers all up on counter, surrounding the kiosk, yelling, cussing, shaking the kiosks saying they don’t work! Grabbing cups, going around the counters…Workers just standing around not saying anything- More of these teenagers in the lobby screaming and yelling. When were finally able to get to the counter to attempt to place an order the young kid just stares at us! I. Finally ask if we can order and he says ok! I tell him what I want and after a 1-2 minute delay he states we don’t have any carbonated beverages! Wow! Ok! This is the 2nd time this has happened in a 3 month span! How do you run out if CO2??? Make that make sense! Regardless, Paris McDonalds has lost my family’s business!

The guy that works the window at night is amazing other than him this place sucks! Everytime I come here something is missing from my order I went this morning and added a sausage biscuit so I could use my 20% off and get home to find no sausage biscuit in my bag….. why? Why ask me if I want to add it just to turn around and not put it in the bag? I’m not gonna drive 10min back to go get it but why is it only the morning crew doing this?
