Absolutely incredible hibachi steak today 🔥 The cook nailed it perfectly—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The fat was rendered down just right, giving every bite that melt-in-your-mouth richness without being greasy. You can tell real skill went into this. Hands down one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be thinking about this meal for a while 🤤
